FAQS

What’s included in the comprehensive testing?

Our advanced hormone panels, nutrient tests, cardiac markers, organ assessments, general health metrics and other biomarkers provide a 360-degree view of your health from different angles.

How long does it take to get my lab results?

Most test results are available within 48 hours from sample collection. More extensive panels can take 3-5 business days. We notify you as soon as results are ready for review.

How do I prepare for the blood draw? Any restrictions?

We recommend that you fasting for 6 to 8 hours before your blood draw, hold any supplements containing Biotin for at least 5 days.

What kind of patient resources and educational materials are available to help me understand the biomarker tests performed?

We will provide a detailed report that explains each biomarker test. Our clinicians also spend time explaining key lab markers and clinical implications during your consultation.

Will I be provided clear guidance on positive changes I can make based on the results?

Yes, every lab analysis consultation encompasses a review of lifestyle, nutrition and other natural interventions that can help optimize biomarkers that may be out of range. Our providers offer specific, personalized suggestions based on your results to help you achieve exceptional health.

How often should I get follow-up or tracking testing done after the initial work?

The ideal retesting frequency varies on a case-by-case basis. Some patients benefit from follow-up testing every 3 months to closely monitor interventions, while semi-annual or annual labs work for others. Your clinician will tailor a lab recheck schedule based on your individual goals and biomarker trends.

If getting to your location is not feasible for me, how can I get labs drawn?

We partner with LabCorp to allow blood draws at any of their extensive patient service centers, providing convenience regardless of geographic proximity to our office.
