Do I need insurance to be a patient at Sollie Health?
No. We are a direct primary care and functional medicine practice — which means we don't bill insurance. You pay directly for the care you receive. This removes the middleman and lets us spend real time with you. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds, which are accepted. Some also keep a low-cost catastrophic insurance plan alongside their DPC membership.
What's included in a DPC membership?
DPC Individual membership ($149/mo) includes unlimited office visits with no per-visit fees, a B12 injection at every visit, member pricing on all services including IV therapy and aesthetics, and 30% off on labs. Can I order labs without a membership?
Yes. Our lab panels are available to anyone — no membership required. Non-members pay the standard price; members automatically receive 30% off. Results are reviewed by your provider and you'll receive a follow-up summary. If you want to go deeper with functional interpretation and a care plan, we recommend scheduling a consultation.
How do I access my lab results?
Results are shared through your Patient Portal. You'll receive a message from your provider once results are reviewed, usually within 2–3 business days.
What's the difference between the Metabolic Wellness Panel and the Complete Wellness Panel?
The Metabolic Wellness Panel ($179 / $125 member) focuses on blood sugar, insulin resistance, inflammation markers, and hormonal indicators. The Complete Wellness Panel ($349 / $244 member) combines that with our Blood & Baseline and Nutritional Status panels — the most comprehensive picture available in one draw.
Are weight loss medications included in the membership price?
No — weight loss medications (semaglutide and tirzepatide) are a separate service. Month 1 starts at $199 (sema) or $249 (tirz), which includes medication, shipping, monitoring, and dose adjustments. Members receive ongoing discounts: $249/mo (sema) or $299/mo (tirz). You pay the pharmacy directly for medication — we only charge for management.
