Do I need insurance to be a patient at Sollie Health?
No. We are a direct primary care and functional medicine practice — we don’t bill insurance. You pay directly for the care you receive. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds. Some also keep a low-cost catastrophic plan alongside their DPC membership.
What’s included in a DPC membership?

Can I order labs without a membership?
Yes. Lab panels are available to anyone — no membership required. Non-members pay standard price; members automatically receive 30% off. All results are reviewed by your provider with a personalized follow-up summary.
What if I need an MRI, X-ray, or other imaging?
We’ve got you covered. Most of our patients pay significantly less for imaging than what they’d pay with insurance after deductibles and co-pays. Through our negotiated cash-pay rates, we offer discounted imaging at facilities near Spring, TX — no prior authorization, no surprise bills, no waiting weeks for approval.
When imaging is needed, Ruth orders it directly. You’ll receive a transparent cash price upfront before you go, and results come back to your provider for review and follow-up.

How do I access my lab results?
Results are shared through your Patient Portal. You’ll receive a message from your provider once results are ready, along with a personalized interpretation and any recommended next steps.
