Membership gives you ongoing primary care access and better program pricing, but it is never required to receive care at Sollie.
Your $169 consultation covers two appointments. The first visit is a full health review — Ruth takes the time to go through your complete history, current symptoms, medications, goals, and any prior labs. If a lab draw is needed, that happens here too. The second visit is your results review — Ruth walks you through everything in plain language, explains what's actually driving your symptoms, and builds a personalized plan. All options and pricing for next steps are discussed before anything begins.
Medical weight loss programs start at $249/month. Men's TRT starts at $199/month. Both are all-inclusive programs — meaning provider oversight, monitoring, and medication management are included. Your exact pricing depends on your treatment plan, clinical needs, and whether you're a member. All costs are discussed in full at your consultation before anything begins. Sollie Health does not bill insurance for primary care visits or specialty programs. This allows us to spend real time with each patient and keep pricing honest and transparent. Patients may use insurance for laboratory work when applicable. HSA and FSA funds are warmly welcome for eligible services.
Yes. Direct primary care is not a substitute for insurance. We encourage you to maintain coverage for emergencies, hospitalization, surgery, imaging, and specialist care. Sollie handles your primary care and specialty programs — your insurance handles major medical events.
If you've had a comprehensive lab panel done in the last 3 months, please bring those results to your first visit — Ruth will review what you have and let you know if anything additional is needed. You will not be charged for labs you don't need, and nothing is ordered without your knowledge and agreement.
Yes. All memberships carry a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No long-term contracts, no penalties, no hard feelings.
Many follow-up appointments and program check-ins are available via telehealth. Your initial consultation and any lab draws are in-person at our Spring, TX office. Telehealth is included at no extra fee for active DPC members.
