Every new patient starts with a one-time $169 consultation. This is where we review your full history, order the right labs, and build your care plan. Your DPC membership begins after this visit. Yes — for all new patients. The one-time $169 consultation is always required before your membership begins. However, the DPC enrollment fee is waived for members who join before July 4, 2026.
